The French macaron - not to be confused with the coconut macaroon - is a confectionery, meringue-based, simply made with egg whites, almond flour, and powdered sugar.

Please don’t ask me for recipes because I never attempted to make macarons. You can still find some of the recipes I gathered here. If you want to share your own experiences, feel free to submit them.

Sorry but I cannot help you with this one. Please, find the nearest macaron shop in your zone with Google.
